over an hour and shoppy doesn't confirm purchase even though, I have confirmation on the blockchain.

I bought the bf2042 1 week sub through shoppy using litecoin. Shoppy still says it hasn't received the payment. I have all proof and screenshots that it has been confirmed on the block chain and been completed. Does it usually take this long?
