BF2042 payment issue

Hello, I bought the bf2042 1 week sub through shoppy using bitcoin. Shoppy still says it hasn't received the payment. I have all proof and screenshots that it has been confirmed on the block chain and been completed. If anyone could help me out that'd be great.
